The product score doesn't know your pet
The score out of 100 rates the bag, not the pet eating from it. It's the same for everyone and depends only on the label. But a growing kitten and a 12-year-old cat don't need the same things.
The personalized score builds on that number without changing it. The app adds or takes away points based on your pet's profile, and the rules are public. On the product page, a separate screen walks you through each point.
Take two cats who live in the same house. Mya is a 5-month-old Bengal kitten. Newton, a 5-year-old European Shorthair, is allergic to fish and has a weight goal. They each have their own bowl, even if the younger one keeps checking what's left in the older one's.

Kroket Premium
Premium adds the personalized score and keeps the app going
Premium also adds search by name or brand and the offline catalog. The app shows no ads and has no brand partners, so Premium subscriptions are what pay for it.
A lot stays free. Without paying, you still get every product's score out of 100, the daily portion in grams, your pet's calorie needs, allergen alerts and product recalls.
Compare free and PremiumYour pet's score is based on the label and nothing else. It knows nothing about their health. If your pet is sick, has allergies or is very overweight, your vet should decide what they eat.
What people often ask about the personalized score
Does the product score change from one pet to another?
No. The product score stays the same for everyone. Your pet's score shows up next to it, in the “For…” card, with each point broken down.
Which profile details does it use?
Your pet's age, spay/neuter status, weight-loss goal, activity level and the allergies you've listed.
Do treats get a personalized score?
No. A treat keeps its product score, with no adjustments. Supplements don't get a score at all.
Do I need an account?
Yes. The personalized score uses your pets' profiles, which require a free account created with Apple, Google or an email address, and then a Premium subscription. It's available on iPhone and iPad, not on Android yet.
